PICKUP / DELIVERY
Your convenience is our priority. To request the delivery of your chosen items, please reach out to us via phone, your virtual closet portal, or email. We kindly request a 48-hour notice to ensure a seamless delivery process.

THE PROCESS
MEMBERSHIPS
After signing up to the service, we will collect your items from your home, office or place of choice or you can deliver to us (self-delivery by appointment only). Each item is inspected, reviewed, inventoried and photographed and uploaded to your Virtual Closet portal.
We also provide a detailed condition report with number of items stored, and items are stored at a secure and temperature-controlled environment.
You can view, search and select stored items on your virtual closet. Request items to be delivered back to you or to be ready for pickup at the click of a button, an email or a phone call.
